How the QA check works
The QA check is a set of rules that runs in this page, not a second AI. On every reply it pulls out each price, number, time, date and order number and matches it against the store's help pages, the price list, the order that was looked up, the quote and the customer's own words. A number it can't match is flagged. It also flags promises the pages don't make, requests for card details, call offers, and hand-offs that skipped the team ticket.
In a live setup, a flagged reply goes to the team before the customer sees it. Here, Wren's replies appear right away so you can watch the check run.
