Privacy Policy for Trigonix

Barbed Wire Glove Games™ (“we,” “us,” or “our”) makes Trigonix (“Game”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the Game uses and why.

1. Information We Collect

Trigonix has no accounts and never asks for your name, email or contact details. Your progress, settings and purchases are saved on your device.

A few features send limited data to the services that run them:

  • Rewarded ads. If you choose to watch an ad (for example, for extra time in Time Trial), Google AdMob shows it. Every ad request is marked as directed to children: ads are limited to a G rating, they are not personalized, and the Game does not use your device's advertising ID. To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, AdMob may still process your IP address (which gives an approximate location), device and app information, and how you interact with the ad. Where the law requires it (for example, in the European Economic Area and the UK), Google's consent form may appear before any ad. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
  • Multiplayer. When you host or join a race, your moves and the room code pass through our game server on Cloudflare. Like any internet connection, this uses your IP address. Players are not identified, and nothing about a match is kept after it ends.
  • Purchases. In-app purchases are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see your payment details. The Game keeps only a record of what you bought, on your device, so it can restore it.

We use the data above only to run the features you use: rewarded ads, multiplayer races and purchases. We do not sell data, and we do not use it to build profiles of players.

4. Children’s Privacy

Trigonix is suitable for players of all ages, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads are always requested as directed to children, rated G and not personalized, and the Game does not use the advertising ID. If you believe a child's personal information was collected through the Game, contact us and we will help delete it.

5. Data Security

Data sent by the Game is encrypted in transit. We do not store personal data on our own servers.

6. International Users

Trigonix is available worldwide. By using the Game, you consent to the processing of your information by third-party services in accordance with their respective laws and regulations.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of Trigonix after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
